The manager was incredibly understanding and refunded the extra money I paid, along with friendly staff. The room and bathroom were clean, and the outside of the building looked nice. They offered a decent breakfast with clean table tennis area and a well-equipped fitness centre. The hotel also provided free parking, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, and a snack bar. The paid shuttle service was convenient for transportation. They also had a laundry service, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, in-room breakfast, and wheelchair access. The rooms were non-smoking with great air conditioning. No pets were allowed.
